Yes, you will need to ask where you purchase the concrete for the color and how to add.
There are commercial products you can buy to tint or color concrete.. don't add regular paint.. it may effect how the concrete hardens and holds up. You can stain or paint concrete once it is poured and cured... see your local hardware or home improvement store for supplies and instructions
you can get paving paint or tennis court paint but I don’t know how natural it is
