Call your gas company and they can help install it for you properly and usually the service is free. Gas is something not to play around with if you've never dealt with it. If you purchased it new the place you bought it can install it for a small fee or bargain for free install. If you still want to install it yourself here a some instructions.

I totally agree with William.
Leave it to the pros, where you bought it should install it. If there is not gas outlet behind the stove, the gas company may have to come out to get one put in and connected to the house gas line. Be safe, let the pros do it.
Gas installation is something I leave to a person trained to do it.
Gas is dangerous and not for beginners. Call a licensed plumber!
first..you have to have a gas prop or natural line to the house. Then you need the conecter line. when you connect the stoveto the gass... have a glass of a soapy water ready?...and a small paint brush.. make your connection...turn the gass vale on paint the connecter with the soap. If it bubbles...your not connected well.. turn off the gass and check connections.
