If the floor has b een prepped then at least 3 coats of polyurethane
Are you talking about filling the gaps between the planks? or are you talking about the finish top coat?

There are many sealers you could purchase, but keep in mind, if the boards are not back to back, they can be loose in the winter, and expand in the summer. Make sure the floor is level, measure in different areas of the room. If it's level, and there are no squeaky noises, then seal it up. If one board is loose it must be nailed down. Good Luck!
