Re-stretching carpet

Is there an easy way to re-stretch a carpet? Ours has been slowly starting to bunch up in areas, and, am just wondering if it can be put back to where it belongs?

Yes, carpet can be re-stretched. Call a professional carpet installer to solve this problem.
Buy a heat gun, there pretty cheap. Or else you need to turn your thermostat to like 95 degrees. That what carpet installers do when installing new carpet so they can stretch it.
