Do you want a certain brush for your tile? It seems everybody has problems with mold, mildew and grout. Find a stiff one. They don't make hard toothbrushes any more, that was the tool for tile everything. Good Luck!
If you find one, let me know. EJL.
Best thing to clean bathroom tiles is just straight vinegar. Put it into a spray bottle. Spray fairly heavily and leave for a few minutes. You can use a stiff brush if the stains are bad, or just wipe with a cloth if they aren't. Then just rinse the walls down.
Tilex--Mold and mildew! Works for me!
After you get the tiles and grout nice and clean with vinegar or Tilex, try wiping the shower walls down with fabric softener. This helps keep the lime from clinging to the tiles and the grout. The water sheds off and leave no spots. Reapply every time you clean the shower.
