Check You can buy tile/grout cleaner at big box stores. Use as directed. Also, purchase tile and grout sealer and use as directed. If you have glazed tile you will not need to seal it. If unsure of the type of tile; porous or glazed, check with customer-salesperson before purchasing cleaner & sealer.
Use H Peroxide and baking soda. I used a toothbrush to scrub the stubborn stains. Let stand for half hour, mop up. Rinse with water, mop up, looks like new, then use a sealer from the store.
