Skip the part about cleaning the grout since yours is fiberglass and I'm assuming doesn't have grout. But there a couple of good tips here that should help.

You may want to paint it. They make kits to do exactly this or use a durable paint and several coats of a sealer like Minwax Polyacrilic . I am going to do mine this month and will be using a good paint from Home Depot and then will seal it many times to keep it nice. Sealers generally dry fast 30-45 minutes so it should be a fairly fast process. You will have to use your own judgement on this.
