What is the surface you are painting? Concrete? Wood?
There is paint especially for floors. Use the correct primer and the floor paint- Home Depot carries both Behr and Valspar varieties. Sherwin Williams also makes a strong floor paint. The way to keep it looking good is to invest in a great topcoat for heavy traffic.
What material....wood,vinyl,ceramic???????
