Our bathroom has shiny wallboard with lots of nail holes. I am wondering what kind of paint would work best or maybe it would be best to just get new wall board !!
You can, but you have to prep the tiles so the paint sticks. Here is a link:How to Paint Plastic Tile Paneling | Home Guides | SF Gate

Yes you can. If you don't want to do all the prep work etc. You can have a pro do it. Nora's site that she gave you is great. Just have fun
Brenda Dodge, I tried that and it doesn't work real well. We ended up pulling it all out down to the studs and dry walling it then just painting. Our home was built in 1951 and painting is the simple way and I tried simple ways of getting around of having to take out tiles, just didn't work. Good luck with it and yes it's a lot of work, but worth it in the end.
I would go to Lowes, menards or home depot and ask them what to do.
