In general, no. The assembly for a pressure flush is far too big for most standard toilet tanks. Putting a pressure flush tank on your standard toilet doesn't work since toilet and tank won't match.
No can't convert a regular toilet to pressure flush. Configuration is different. You can replace an old toilet with a new one.
Get an out house, they are easier. Lol sorry
A plumber would have this answer for you. I don't know how you can alter it, without changing the whole toilet.

No. The assembly used in the power flush tank will not fit in the standard toilet tank.
I have not seen any replacements for the power flush , so does one need to replace the tank at the same time if the unit fails ?
