How do you change a pocket door?

I have pocket doors on either sides of my tub area and nee to change them. Thanks!

Slide the pocket doors all the way into the walls. Place regular door frame vertical moulding on or in place of what's there, leave as is or mount new doors as you normally would. Completing it this way preserves easy options for the future. Good luck.
