Rustoleum oand Giani both make countertop restoration kits
the kids can be pretty expensive, especially if you have a lot of counter space. Here's a quick tutorial video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJkLW0kSGys I watched a lady do it with 3 bottles of craft paint and several coats of food safe poly and it looked pretty decent. This is not that video, but will give you a basis to decide if you want to look into it further
