How to repaint my old painted counter tops?

They need to be repainted and I don't know where to start.

If you don't want to try and do it totally 'diy', they sell countertop kits from brands like Giani and Rustoleum Transformations, at places like Home Depot and Lowes, and it comes with instructions and everything you would need.
Rustoleum and Gianni both have countertop restoration kits
is the current paint in tact ? If it is, you can paint over it. If not you would need to remove the old paint. And start over with primer, then paint.
