Try natures miracle available from pet stores
Soak the area with vinegar so that it gets down to the pad. May need to be retreated if there is still some odor after it dries. I have done this with success for cat pee in our spare bedroom in the basement.
Vinegar and water mix, spray on it and scrub, let dry then vacumn
Start with 1/4 cup of Lestoil to 3 cups of hot water, shake and spray the spot lightly, you don't want the rug to be soaked. Let it sit for 1 hour, and wipe with warm rag, let it dry. Repeat if necessary
You have to treat the stain all the way thru to the pad.. and flooring beneath.
Blot up the pee spot with paper towels removing as much moisture as possible.
Pour on a "Urine Destroyer" such as Natures Miracle... use enough that it extends beyond the original spot.. and wait ( i usually let it dry by itself because we live in Arizona and there is little humidity.. so it dries within a day or so).. but at least 24 hours.. it takes time for it to neutralize the bacteria that causes the odor. If there is still moisture after a day or two... blot up with an old towel or paper towels. Then you can shampoo the carpet using a pet stain and odor product... and that should do the job.
Rinse area with a strong vinegar solution. Let dry. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Just don;t s\over saturate.
When you decide this doesn't work, go shopping for a replacement.
There may be some product that would do the trick. Call a reputable carpet cleaning business. If they are really good, they'd be happy to give recommendations and then be pleased to clean it for you.
