Try the product "Goo be Gone" - to try to get off the decal residue. Can buy it at a hardware store.
You can try making paste with OcyClean and leaving the patches on until they eventually bleach out. You might have to come through and gently sprinkle water on them throughout the day, and make a new one each day.
Fill the tub with hot water, just to cover the space where the decal are. Let sit for about 3 hrs. Drain tub, sprinkle with Bon Ami and scrub with a stiff brush, rinse. Fill with vinegar and water. One cup of vinegar, and enough water to cover stains. Let sit, scrub again with baking soda, rinse. If this doesn't help, I would try Goo Gone, and see if they stain comes off. You don't say what your tub is made of. If the stains from the decals won't come off then try vegetable oil, pour on stain and scrub
