Try Tee Tree oil. Mix in your regular moisturizer. A few drops in a container. Try a little first on your forearm to make sure you are not sensitive. Available at drug stores and Walmart. At Walmart I tis I the Spanish pharmacy product section, near to the pharmacy. Vitamin stores also carry it.
