Mix about a half cup of white vinegar with about a tablespoon of regular table salt. Poured over the pennies. You should begin seeing the results and minutes.

I use Tarnix, you can buy it at drug stores ect. and you can use it for other metals also. Follow directions, and don't leave, Pennies in long. It works in seconds.

I found any stainless steal cleaner really shines up even the grimiest pennies. A lot of rubbing
Salt and cider vinager.
