Hi Yvonne. I make a paste of baking soda and vinegar and then scrub it on. Then I let it sit for about 10 minutes and wipe it off. Make sure not to get any in between the glass doors. You may to have to do a few times on harder spots. I take the racks out lay them on the grass and spray with vinegar. Then I let them sit out overnight. The dew on the grass helps clean them off.

Yes, white vinegar works well. Pour undiluted into a spray bottle (may also add a couple drops of liquid dish detergent), spray on stove, leave a few minutes (don't let it dry) and wipe off. Wash with soapy water after to get rid of streaks/odor. Rinse. Let dry. If stove is really dirty it may take several applications. Baking soda and peroxide can be applied to stubborn areas and left to work for 20-30 minutes before wiping off and rinsing. If you clean the oven this way make sure you rinse well and turn oven on for 10-15 mins. before cooking in it to burn off vinegar smell.
