Floor is pink, grout dingy. Nothing matches, tub is color of commode. I do love dark brown ceramic tile on the walls. Need a fix?
You best best is to paint everything for now. Rustoleums makes paint formulated for bathroom fixtures
Hello Mary Ellen! I think a large 12x12 beige self-stick vinyl tile would look great! They are not too expensive and they are even available at Target!

You can use Rustoleum tub and tile paint to make it white. First you wash it all well. Then you use a toothbrush to apply white group paint to all the seams. Then you use the tub and tile paint. Buy a face mask with filters. I think its pretty...clean and paint the grout and then paint the cabinet brown

Tin and tile paint works well when the instructions are followed. I believe it can even be tinted if you don't want white. Vanity needs a serious makeover or replacement.
I'd concentrate on the vanity. The vanity and countertop can both be painted. Or you can replace the countertop and sink. The big box stores sell pre done vanity tops with sink attached. I'd get a large bath rug to cover most of the tile for now. Pink and brown can be a stunning color combo. Keep an eye out for accesories , shower curtains etc with a pink and brown print.
