Probably. Turn off the water feed and unscrew the knobs. You may just need new washers. if that does not do it, you need new valve seats. You can buy a tool designed to extract and reseat the valves. Try an old fashioned hardware store instead of a big box if you want advice on what to get.
    Good luck!

This is easily within your skill-set. For washers, all you need are slip pliers (channel-locks) and a screwdriver. The seating tool is maybe $10 now. I have had mine for 50 years. They don't break. Learn to do as much as you can. you will feel confident, and know more about what is required when you DO bring someone in.
Thank you! And keep doing it yourself!

Take the knobs off and see what or if there are washers inside

Take the knobs off and take the everything inside to Lowes , Home Depot or what ever and buy everything , it will save you trips when the very old washers and seats are bad
