I used them and loved them!
Peel and Stick tiles can create a beautiful floor! Just make sure to prep your surface according to manufacturers instructions and that your substrate is solid, level, and free of nails, holes, etc.
: )
Are you wanting them on the floor or as a back splash? There are some pretty ceramic & glass ones that are peel and stick for back splashes and walls
Depends on where you are using them. If you are speaking about a backsplash area-it would be fast and inexpensive! Still is an inexpensive option for flooring as well compared to other types of flooring. I have purchased some tiles at a homestore on clearance for around $20 that fit a 5x8 kitchen nook. There are some really neat ideas on hometalk and pinterest utilizing pallet boards as flooring also. Peel and Stick have come a long way-and offer many styling options. Good Luck! Please post your finished project!
back splash, and is it easy to cut around electrical outlets?? thanks
No, Go for the one piece of linoleum.
If you get linoleum in one piece, and something mars it, that's it. Start with measurements of the kitchen. Next, go to the Homedepot or Lowe's, and find what you like. Find out how many boxes you need for the job, give the measurements to the person who helps, and he'll let you know. Make sure when you pick the boxes, of the tile you like, make sure that the lot. #s are the same on every box. The reason for this, if you pick a box that doesn't have the same lot numbers, the shade of the tiles can be different. Buy one extra box for mistakes and repairs. You start in the middle and work you way out to the walls. Each tile has an arrow, which tells you how to lay it down.

They can look nice for several years. One trick is to use the glue/cement on them even though the directions say it isn't necessary. Then use a vinyl tile sealer over them. Lowes has that, I just bought some.
No!!!
