Although I have no idea what shiplack is, you should not use anything combustible within at least three feet of a wood stove. Or are you referring to something else?

Shiplap is not allowed by your insurance company or by City/ County codes as indicated by Ken.
It is WOOD, thus the distance is dictated by local building code, and the manual for the wood stove itself, which ever is more strict would be safe.
