Wipe down with rubbing alcohol, GoofOff, turpentine or mineral spirits, Magic Eraser or SoftScrub.

The ink will come off of stainless steel tubs fairly easily with one of the above depending on the ink. Plastic drums are a bit trickier since the ink gets baked into the plastic and may never really come out.

I've seen those little yellow bottles in the laundry section of my grocery store (I can't remember the name). They always seem to be on the top shelf. There are different ones, ie. rust removal, blood & grass stains, and one specifically for ink removal. Although these are for stains on clothes, the ink one might work on your dryer drum. I've also used hairspray to get ink stains out. Put some on a paper towel or rag and try wiping the stain. Acetone might work too.
