Paint the underside of the table. All glass has a tint of some sort. Here are some links to learn about how glass is manufactured.

I have a glass window in the middle of my front door. I hated it, so I used latex paint to paint over it, the same color as the rest of my door. I used two coats of paint, and now, it looks like another door panel. I'm sure that painting your glass table will be similar. if you paint the underside, then the greenish tint will be visible. If you paint the top, then you should seal it with polyurethane or a resin glaze. Resin will be more durable but its a bit more difficult to use.
