How can renters cover a fiberglass shower with glass gems

I have a fiberglass shower that's nasty and worn out but I rent. I bought some pretty glass gems to use.

You can create a shower curtain over the fiberglass walls. A clear, heavy plastic sheet (the kind they sell for tablecloths) can be attached to the wall against the fiberglass.

My only concern is that the glass gems can be very heavy the more you use. A silicone adhesive will do the glue up for you.

Please get permission from your landlord before you do anything like that. Otherwise it may come back to bite you when you move.

Have you discussed your worn fiberglass shower with your landlord. There are nice, affordable fixes (i.e., paint) for older installations such as this, so perhaps he would be accepting of allowing you to paint/redecorate it?

I would contact the landlord, let him know what it is you want to do and get a signed release from him. You don't want him suing you for damage when you finally move. BUT I love your idea and may use it in my home.

I would not recommend the glass stones, they will be to heavy to remove ,instead make a beaded curtain to be able to hang with a tension rod, therefore nothing can be said as it is not a permanent install
