There are so many types of curtains and ways to make them. From drapery material to towels. From sewing to using fusible tape. Could you please be a little more specific.

If you don’t want to sew just measure width and length you require Doubling the width of your windows make them look more sumptuous Allow 2inces for hem turn up and fix with iron on adhesive tape Do same at top then add your rufflette tape or whatever heading you want Very easy
Sheets, use the top of the flat sheet for a perfect hemline. Turn the foot of the sheet into a double fold. Stitch along the top of the fold and 2 and 1/2 inches below that. This will create a pocket for a curtain rod. Fluff out the valence that was created . I like to use only cotton if you're using white to prevent yellowing. Hope this helps.
Shower curtains are always an option. Often they are cheaper.
