Yvette Gerace on Mar 18, 2014What Terra said and/or you can cover the hooks with any kind of fabric and mod podge. Use any kind of knob or iron piping. Fabric stores also sell heavy braided cording and tassels.Helpful Reply

Katharine S on Mar 19, 2014How about tassles. Look at a Sewing/Upolstery store or a Drapery store for tassle tiebacks. They are very Victorian looking.Helpful Reply

Pat on Mar 20, 2014For tie backs, I have used gold or silver beads. I have used silk greenery (the viney kind) and I have used flower garland. I have used thick colored cord (right now I am using gold colored). I use a pushpin or thumb tack on the side of the woodwork on the window to hold the tie backs.....curtain covers the tack up.Helpful Reply
