Invest in a dehumidifier and lower your thermostat. Layer your clothing to keep warm and wear Warm socks. Check the doors and windows to see if the weather stripping needs to be replaced. Burn candles, they warm the air and burn moisture, not to mention, they “visually” warm you up.
Me too! Have 2 dehumidifiers. One at each end of house. Live by a river. I pull out 1 G water from each every day. Works great!
If the frost is in an oval shape in the middle of the window, you may have “collapsed glass”. This is when the gas added when the window is made has leaked out and the two planes are pulling in toward each other. If you have a supper small drill bit, you can release the suction by making a small hole in between the panes on the side of the window. It looks like there isn’t enough room, but it is easier than it seems.

Here in Texas the moisture on the windows is because we have aluminum window frames. Vinyl window frames don't create this moisture problem.
