If they're real I'd be concerned about them rotting before Christmas but painting them or wrapping them in white garbage bags or a portion of a thin PEVA shower curtain and stacking them (or even just several heads only side by side) as a snowman would be cute - use vinyl face parts (cut with a Pazzles® InVῡe™ Creative Cutter® from https://www.pazzles.net/store/home.php - Black Friday Sale continues today!), or painting them or wrapping them in red and green cellophane as ornaments would also be fun. If they are fake pumpkins then no problem and you can undo wraps to convert back to pumpkins for next Halloween.
I have no idea of the size and shape of your pumpkins, but I think it would be fairly easy to make them into a little elf village with the help of some white and light blue paint, a few pine boughs, and some glitter. You might even be able to find some little train tracks or toy cars at the thrift shop to add some whimsy.

Cut off stems, paint white, stack and make a snowman. Decorate with hat, scarf, buttons, stick arms, mittens ... Have fun!
Hello. Use 3 pumpkins and cut a hole in each one on the top and bottom. Then place a dowel through them. Use a urn planter or sturdy pot to set them on. Then decorate them like a snowman.
I like the painting it white idea.
Paint them white, put 3 on top of each other, with the largest on the bottom, the smallest on top. Build a snowman.
