I'd say it needs a lot more items there (build up the decorations in the basins with greenery then place the balls and some red ornaments on top) and more color. It's look nice if some of the greenery were draped over the sides, and use softer more "drapey" greenery.
Try adding some red berry picks
Maybe add some color with some type of berries, like pyracantha. Some pinecones would look nice too.
Add red balls or red berries to the 1st tier in between the green, 2nd tier make it all green then add a red bow at the top
Solar lights
Put a string of about 50 mini led lights flowing from the top tier to the bottom tier in color of your choice and add more xmas balls that would reflect the lights from them.
