check the hinges and examine the hard ware...is any loose? Do screws need tightened, or have the screw holes enlarged? If it’s a screw hole enlarged use a wooden tooth pick in the hole then use the screw and tighten.
Check your foundation first, see if the floor and the door frame are level.
Were they hung with just 2 hinges?
The house may have settled causing the doorways to shift... could be serious foundation problem or not a real problem. What do the corners where the walls meet the ceiling look like? In some areas of the country, they have settlement problems from sandy and/or clay soils. These areas have companies, like Ram Jack, that will come out and check out the issue and they may not even charge for the inspection (they will give you a quote for repair costs if repairs are needed.) You could get a structural engineer into check things out and they can be expensive ($700.00 in my area of NC). You need to have the problem diagnosed before doing repairs or you will be wasting money. Most minor settlement issues would not effect all the doors in your house.
Try hammering out the pins in the hinge until it doesn't sag. This may take a while, but that's how I adjusted my bathroom door from closing on it's own.
We have a bathroom window and cracks in the bathroom because of settling. Please get is checked by a professional.
