Your kitty needs to see the vet. All bedding and toys need to be cleaned too. Here are some links to help you out.

I rescued 6 cats that were dumped in my neighborhood 2 years ago.
ringworm is fungal, I think. You need an antifungal. Can you order online? Just be sure it's safe for cats. Can you not take the kitty to a vet?
I agree with Naomie and Suellen, it is a fungal infection and really should be treated by a Vet. If you try an anti-fungal ointment that is not the correct dose for the cat, it could make it worse. I hope this helps you. Wishing you the best.
Banixx makes a product you can use ..... https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_3_6?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=banixx+for+cats&sprefix=Banixx%2Caps%2C699&crid=19HVY6UUVLNEE
Cats with ringworm may have underlying diseases that may have made them more at risk for this fungal infection. Usually a minor case can be treated with antifungals....but you really should see a vet not only for this cat but to protect your other farm animals.
