I keep 2 spray bottlesin my shower. Before I shower I spray with bleach mix for a couple minutes. After I shower I spray with vinegar mix. Really helps w water sediment buildup.
the white film is either soap scum or hard water deposits, try a half vinegar half water solution first, if not effective use clr.
We use a plastic squeegee. You have to do it after each use but the soap scum will not build up. Cheap plastic squeegee is best as a metal one will last longer but when you drop it it can chip or scratch the tile.
make a solution of white vinegar and water 50/50 add a dab of blue dawn and a dab of jet dry. spray and use mr clean magic eraser. After everyday usage use a daily store brand cleaner and a squeeze
Use a shower curtain when showering water won’t hit the door then you push back the curtain. Never get water on shower door problem solved.
Use a scuegee (sp) on the doors after each shower. You have to get them clean first with vinegar or a commercial cleaner. The Blue 405 oven cleaner is awesome on non stone or tile enclosures.
Best to use slightly warmed white vinegar, it dissolves the calcium deposits that are causing the white film. I keep a spray bottle of vinegar in the bathroom, and let the hot water run on it while showering to warm it. When I'm toweled off, spray and squeegy and no more white film build up.
