remove and spray paint them with fabric paint
No fabric totally holds up to UV damage and fading, they do make UV resistant fabrics like Sunbrella is one. But since you have your fabric, I would simply dye it with Rit Dye in the washer. Since the dye is only about $1.60 a pack, then I would invest in some UV spray for them before you put them back up..... https://www.google.com/search?client=opera&q=how+to+make+fabric+UV+resistant&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
Since I don't like to put dye in my washer, I use a bucket. If your fabric is synthetic, use the DyeMore. https://www.ritdye.com/techniques/the-basics/sink-or-bucket-technique/
I will tell you the color that fades the fastest is the reds.... https://www.ritdye.com/color-library/color-formulas/
You should be fine using a fabric paint
you can also spray again with a UV sealer
