If it is clean but you want the shine back, use car wax. It will shine and repel water, bottom of tub may be slippery, always use a bath mat.
Soft Scrub or Barkeeper's Friend are perfect to use but you might also want to use Lime A Way in order to get rid of "scale" if your water is "hard." Scale will cause fiberglass to look dingy. There is a product called "Gel Gloss" that you can buy in most home improvement stores and it's the same idea as using car wax, but less smelly. And as the other poster mentioned, cleaning and waxing will make it slippery - use a rubber bath mat for tub bottom.
try Magic Eraser, has worked for me.
Easy Off Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Spray it on and let it liquefy. Rinse well. May need some scrubbing. Wear rubber gloves. Works on enamel, procelain, and fiberglass
Last resort is to use Easy Off Fume Free Oven Cleaner in the blue can. Spray on, let sit, then rinse off with a brush to get into the scratches that tend to hold grime and soap film. Once clean, use auto body wax (carnuba) on a soft rag, let dry, buff with a car buffer, a buffer attachment for your drill, or just a soft cloth. Careful it can be slippery afterwards.
