Use toggle wall anchors. But you will have to bore 5/16 holes in the wall.
If you have a strong drill, go to your local home improvement store and the knowledgeable associates will be able to set you up with the drill bits and wall anchors that you need to hang whatever you want on your walls.
Masonry nails
Another way to hang pictures is to use galvanized water pipe attached to the ceiling... and use chains, heavy fish line, twine, wire, etc. to hang the pictures from....
cement nails.. ( Masonary nails) just be sure on size. Good luck!
