No! but you could try suction like they do for dents in Cars......
If the scratches aren't deep a appliance paint should work.
If you repaint... use a "bondo" type of product like they do on cars.... and you should check with some of the local auto painters... they might make the repairs and paint it too, for a reasonable cost.
Yes I would treat it like a car finish.Their are so many products to do just this on cars.
I wouldn't fuss too much...new owners will probably get a new one!
Also, they make porcelain touch up paint for appliances. Comes in tiny bottles with brush in the cap like nailpolish.
Suction, may work but then you may have rough dark edges from the dent and have to paint. Don't do as I do but do as it say, so the saying goes. My husband likes Bison, so I bought a 4"x4" handcrafted wood Bison head with magnet and put it on our fridge. I found it on the floor one morning, as the magnet had fallen off. So I glued the magnet back on, letting it sit for a time to dry. Put the magnet on the fridge, where it will remain for-ever. The glue seeped out and adhered itself to the surface! So when we sell, I hope the Bison is a selling point! (not city but frontier area). Your laugh for the day.

If the dents/scratches are big/deep, you could try filling them with Bonds. Sand the whole appliance well, then cover with EZFaux stainless steel. There are videos on how to apply it and it looks amazing.
Sorry. Autocorrect caught me. Fill holes with BONDO.
