Have you tried baking soda & vinegar? Sprinkle baking soda on the wet surface and let it sit for a while. Then spray it with a mixture 50/50 of vinegar & water. You may have to scrub a bit, but it should get down into those low areas and clean your shower. Wishing you the best.
Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Spray it on and let it liquefy. May need some scrubbing. Wear rubber gloves. Rinse well. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiberglass.
Wow, you have tried so much. I did some research and found a few links. Click and check them out. Good luck.

I don't know the answer, but there was a product on the market that contined phosphate and that was the only thing I was able to find that would take the mess off the shower floor in the house we moved into. The product was called Liquid Ajax Perhaps phosphate is available somewhere in limited amounts.
In this case, I would use a scrub brush, since you have a rough floor. If you are able in time, you can get a piece of flooring, and just cut a pattern from a newspaper, then cut the flooring. Be sure to measure carefully, Most stores have a 50/50 savings area. Just check this out, from time to time, and twoards the end of a season, they will have this on display. Best wishes, J.
You're welcome Roxanne. I hope this works for you!
I knew someone who used naval jelly (it's a real cleaner!) on their shower for really tough dirt. Never used it myself but it worked for my friend.
I've used the dishwashing powder (for the machine) - it cut the grease and dirt. Apply liberally onto wet surface - let it sit and then use a scrub brush and rinse well.
To minimize the grime in the future -- use shower gels, they rinse away cleaner without the residue.

Bleach and a Mr Clean sponge! Also rinse with a RInseroo and clean that shower often to prevent it from happening again.
I have an amazing steamer! Not only does it steam clean floors but it also detaches and becomes portable. It also comes with several small scrub brushes as well as other small attachments. They are fairly cheap on Amazon! Try searching for a portable steamer! That will definitely clean it!!
