Tandy leather sells leather dye. Look online for a cream dye. NOT polish, but dye.

If all else fails. Take a Q-tip and dip in nail polish remover. Lightly roll it over the spot. Also get some white cream shoe polish and see if yo can cover it up.
Have you tried vaseline?
If the stain is ink you might try using rubbing alcohol on a very tiny spot to see if that would lift it. I'd be careful about being too aggressive (like nail polish remover) as you might damage the leather. You should probably take it to a good dry cleaner or a shoe repair.
Dollar General sells a stain remover in an orange spray bottle called Oxygen Orange. It is by far the best stain remover I've ever seen, much better than Shout. Try that.
Try a good vinyl cleaner and conditioner. It almost looks like the color is being worn off or something. The cleaner and conditioner may help if it is a stain, or surface dirt anywhere on the jacket and also keep it supple.
Faux leather may respond to the same cleaners you use for leather. My shoe repair has Lexol leather cleaner and conditioner and I use it for both real & "vegan" leather shoes, clothing and even my bone color sofa!
Hydrogen peroxide?
Try baby wipes, if it's leather. I use these to clean my leather seats.
