Hi Bp, I recommend a product called CLR. We had hard water at our old house and it left water marks on our shower doors. Very hard to clean, until I found CLR. The trick to using it is to leave it set for 15 or 20 minutes before wiping it off. It was the only thing that worked for me. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
I used comet and SOS pads. Then keep them shiney with lemon oil.
Use the CLR to remove the calcium, then spray the cleaned glass with Rain-X spray. It is used for windshields to have rain bead up and run off. We have been doing this for a long time. It keeps the water stains away. 😊
Sadly some water tends to etch these doors! Here is the best answer I have found!
"Clean them with vinegar, baking soda, and salt. Stubborn mineral buildup on glass shower doors is no competition for a few common household ingredients—white vinegar, baking soda, and salt. Spray vinegar on the door and let it sit for a few minutes. Next, create a paste with equal amounts of baking soda and salt."
the glass itself may be etched from the minerals in your water - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkqPeAJEf9M we have it on windows that were repeatedly wet by the irrigation sprinklers at night --
