Scrape the grout out, and chisel out the broken pieces with a chisel and a hammer. Scrape the cement off. Now you'll need the the mixture to put the tile back, and get the x shaped spacers to hold the tile in place. Replace tile , and put grout over the tile, then wipe with a wet sponge.
Chisel out the remains and replace it. After grouting, tape over it with masking tape until the grout dries.
Log tite has a construction adhesive that will hold the broken tile. Home depot and almost all hardware stores handle
