try using a small amount of glass cleaner....only put it on a soft clothe not directly on the phone
Try using a piece of scotch tape. Place sticky side of tape on area. Press/seal it down, then pull off. May need to do this several times until it removes everything. Will prob have to replace tape often, depending how much is stuck on phone cover.
If you bought it at a store.... take it back... another option is to call the manufacturer... and ask them
