We have many old books—some were printed cheaply in the early 1900s. THe cOvers are faded and the pages are yellowed and brittle. Should I toss or recycle or do something cool?

I just seen somewhere where they put 3 together standing up and made it a place to put your knifes inplace of a knife block. They had placed a ribbon around it. You could probably decorate it to match your kitchen.

    It was really cute.

I've seen where they cut them into letters and painted them. Very cute, they sold them at our Christmas Bazaar.

If you're feeling ambitious, you can create some really cool wall art-https://www.hometalk.com/diy/decorate/rooms/our-favorite-recycled-book-art-13060003
