How to get old ink stains from scrub top?

Tried alcohol & hairspray. Still some left. Washed but not put in dryer.

the ink makers have changed formulas to be less toxic and more environment friendly. Little yellow bottles with stain devils on the label have a variety of stain removers..grease, ink and crayon...fat grease and oil...I’ve had good luck with them.
What is a scrub top?
Try white distilled vinegar and baking soda
Try Fells Naptha Soap and a soft brush. Then let it sit an hour or so prior to washing again.
