I piece of round cut wood, I piece wood doweling, object of your choice to put on the top.!!! Cut a hole in the center of the wood circle. Insert dowel in hole. Using a super-hold glue; glue doweling in hole. Paint if desired. Grab some elastic hair bands and put hair tightly around stuffed toy's neck. pull the hair band back and insert over dowel, slide to bottom. Repeat with next toy sliding to bottom and sit next to first toy. Keep adding toys until bottom is covered. Start the next row using the same procedure. Continue doing this, filling up the pole. Hope this helps.!!
Shelving of some sort is the best thing I have seen. If she is a frequent visitor, you will want to keep it accessible to her. For instant, shelving not too tall for her age. Small wooden bookshelves work very well and can be attached to the wall.
If she is an infrequent visitor, you can make corner cabinets higher up and set them on the shelves to be retrieved when she visits.
Also, attach wooden crates together for storage bins. Or Milk Crates held together with wire ties. A combination of bright colored ones are adorable in a kid's room!

Use a small net and hang it in the corner of the room - up and away as well as great fun to put them away!
