All you need to do is open the valve.
Pull the dryer out about 2 feet. Turn on gas. Push dryer back.
OR
call repairperson to come turn on gas.
Turn it back on again yourself if you know where to do it, otherwise call the man back to finish the job............
Call your local gas company, they should come out and do it for free
Call him back to do the job properly and do not pay any extra.
Call him back you paid for services you should have the job completed. If not call the gas company.
