Hard well water Stain in toilet bowl, tried everything, what to do?

I have tried bleach, and cleanser but stain is resilient.

Have you tried plain coke or a pumice stone

If stain is iron, use iron out. Can find in Home Depot or on amazon. Comes in spray or powder. Put some powder in tank and sprinkle some in bowl let soak in.
Try pouring some coke into the bowl and letting it sit for a while.
MSR Sponge out water in toilet and fill to top of stain with MSR let sit for 20 min. and scrub with sos pads, use rubber gloves
