Go to an "old fashion" paint store where they have employees who know their products. Painting tile can be done, but it is still a temporary solution. Even if it lasts 10 years, after that time you'll need to have it ripped out and replaced. Painting tile is a lot of work - especially the prep work. You basically clean it 4 times before you can even begin the rest of your prep.
