You can use a vinegar foot soak for 15 minutes daily until the nails are clear. One cup of vinegar per gallon of water.
I agree with the vinegar soak, and apply a drop or two of tea tree essential oil. Be sure that it is pure 100% oil.
In addition to the home remedies mentioned by others, be sure to keep your nails trimmed and as clean as possible.
If your fungal infection is severe, or if the home remedies don't work, you might need to visit the doctor. Sometimes the only treatment that will work is oral medication.
