A hollow rock was my first thought, too. They come in various sizes. A friend covers a standing electrical outlet with one--it's so easy to remove if you need access.
Place a fountain or lawn ornament on it. I have a tank in the middle of a flower bed. I placed a fountain the top that is easily removable when I need to have the tank serviced. I mulched the area of the lid to match the mulch around the plants. No one knows I have a septic tank under it.
